Stewarding our Testimony - Modern

Acts

  • Seun 'S.O.' Otukpe
  • November 23, 2025

S.O. reminded the congregation that every Christian has a powerful testimony because God has met each of us in our brokenness. He explained that our stories matter, not because they are dramatic, but because they show how Jesus rescued us and brought us from darkness into His light. He taught that testimonies are a gift from God and can open the door for others to hear the gospel.  S.O. urged believers to stay awake to what God has done so they do not forget His grace or take it for granted. He also encouraged the church to be ready and willing to share their stories with care, calmness, clarity, and conviction. He warned that sharing our testimonies may bring challenges, but God works through our obedience. In the end, he reminded everyone that we overcome the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.
