National Day of Prayer — Prayer Walk

Begins at First Presbyterian Church — Avenue E Entrance
Concludes at Main Plaza
Please join us for the National Day of Prayer & Prayer Walk on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Participants will gather at the Avenue E entrance of First Presbyterian Church at 10:00 AM and walk together to Main Plaza to take part in the citywide National Day of Prayer gathering at noon.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the National Day of Prayer. The 2026 theme, “Glorify God Among the Nations – Seeking Him in All Generations” (1 Chronicles 16:24), invites us to proclaim God’s glory and join in prayer for our nation, communities, and leaders.
In case of rain, both the Prayer Walk and the San Antonio National Day of Prayer gathering will be held at First Presbyterian Church.
Wear red, white, and blue!
